Strawberry Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Chocolate combined with peanut butter is my biggest weakness. Reese's, no-bake cookies, milkshakes, you-name-it, if it has chocolate and peanut butter, I'm sold. And now that I've decided to add strawberries into the mix, I'm not sure how I will ever stop eating these. One batch makes a dozen, which means I consumed 12 of these in a matter of 36 hours... I'm not super proud of that but 100% don't regret it. Yes, they're THAT GOOD. 

And how fun are these for Valentine's Day?! Not only are they perfect for both a girls night in or romantic evening, but they're beyond easy to make! So whether you're in a time-crunch or not, these are a great go-to treat - Just make sure you make enough!!

2 cup dark chocolate chips

16 strawberries, diced

6 T peanut butter

NEED: silicone mini cupcake pan (or other small silicone mold no more than 1 inch deep)


In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips for 1 ½ minutes, or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.

Spoon a small amount of melted dark chocolate into each little mold, just to cover the bottom.

Spoon ½ tsp peanut butter and a small amount of diced strawberries into each mold.

Pour the remaining melted dark chocolate over each in order to fill the mold.

Freeze until set, remove from molds, and store in refrigerator.
