I put my hand upon your hip. When I dip you dip we dip.
I could NOT help myself. I was only nine years old when “Da Dip” came out but my friends and I thought we were the coolest kids on the block dancing to that song. I have no idea where our parents were because that song is not exactly appropriate for a bunch of pre-teens… but I think we all turned out fine. No harm done I still groove to that song when I hear it – don’t act like you don’t get down too.
But what is one thousand times better than dancing “da dip”?
My nine year old self would think I was absolutely crazy but now that I’m grown and know what’s good for me (literally) this avocado chocolate fruit dip is my new healthy obsession. I can’t remember the last time I would have bought chocolate fruit dip at the store, you know the kind… But I think it’s safe to say that those ready-to-eat “chocolate” dips likely don’t have a single nutritious ingredient in them. Quite the opposite of this homemade avocado chocolate fruit dip. Avocados are the main ingredient and as I am sure you are aware by now, are one of THE healthiest fats you can incorporate into your diet.
