If your schedule is anything like mine, you probably don’t have a ton of time to prepare a balanced breakfast in the morning. But how can we ignore the most important meal of the day? With that in mind, I whipped up seven different smoothies featured on our website, all incorporating our favorite food: berries!
From coconut milk and almond butter, to spinach and Greek yogurt, these smoothies are chock full of nutritious ingredients to start your day. Feel free to swap out and add ingredients to suit your liking and dietary needs.

Each of these recipes will be a delightful start to your morning for an entire week! To speed up the smoothie-making process, prep all of your ingredients on Sunday by dividing them up into individual Ziploc bags. In the morning, dump all of the ingredients into your blender, and enjoy!
