Pies, Pies, Pies!

Cindy | November 18, 2014

Berry, pumpkin, rhubarb—oh my! There are so many delicious ways to fill up a pie crust, and today I'm here to share some delicious ideas I've found:

You can't go wrong with a classic pie like this! This recipe by Made to Be Momma is bound to please any palate—who doesn't love a buttery crust with ooey, gooey, bursting berries spilling out?

Now here's something I haven't seen before. These hand pies are not only miniature and oh-so adorable...they're filled with mascarpone cheese! And considering they came from The Kitchen McCabe, it's really no wonder that they're one of a kind—this food blogger knows her way around a kitchen!

For those who are a little bit newer to the baking game...individual tarts are an easy way to get you started. Fill store-bought pie crusts with your favorite fruits, whipped cream, jam—there's no wrong way to do it. The important thing is that it's a simple way to satisfy your craving for PIE!

A lot of people ask about "the person behind the posts" on The Buzz. Who is THAT knowledgeable about all things berry-related?
