May is all about the ladies – well, mother’s to be exact. Grab your mom and show her some love this weekend (and hopefully, all the time). There’s no better way to shower mom with sweetness than with a made-with-love meal. If you have little ones – try whipping up breakfast as a team with some quality time in the kitchen. After all, isn’t that what Mother’s Day is all about?!
While I’m not a mother yet, Mother’s Day is my opportunity to focus ALL my attention on the special lady in my life – and if we’re being honest – my mom likes to take advantage of the entire weekend…as she should!
Like most mother’s do, my mom works tirelessly to keep the household movin’. My goal every Mother’s Day is to make sure my mom feels relaxed, pampered and extra special. Whether you’re a husband, son, or daughter celebrating the matriarch of the family, or you’re a mother yourself that’s planning a ‘mom’s only’ brunch n’ bubbly to kick off the day with your ladies - Mother’s Day serves as the sweetest occasion to hug your fellow mom’s tight - eat, drink, and most importantly… enjoy!
Sometimes simple and sweet is the way to a woman’s heart. For our husbands that may not be experts in the kitchen (yet) - this Granola Berry Yogurt Bar is quick, easy, and delicious for the whole family to wake up and enjoy.
Having a Mother’s Day soiree with the family? Or maybe just a ladies-only boozin’ brunch? If so - ‘wow’ guests with these White Chocolate and Rosé Covered Strawberries – talk about the perfect feminine touch! Sometimes the little ones add the mightiest and most adorable touch to any homemade recipe! Whip up mom some scrumptiously simple blueberry pancakes while she sips on our Fresh Herb Berry Cocktail. Make a morning out of it by prepping the batter, while your little helper sprinkles the blueberries on the skillet.
