I love banana bread. Especially when it's full of fresh blueberries and dark chocolate chips! I know you probably already have your favorite store-bought banana bread mix or go-to recipe, but I'm telling you, you'll fall in love all over again when you try this recipe. Not only does the creamy ricotta cheese and honey keep it moist and doughy, but the blueberries, bananas and dark chocolate chips create the perfect combination of flavors. The best part? No sugar is used in this recipe! It's naturally sweet all on it's own, which means I can feel better about nibbling on it all day long. Plus, this recipe can easily be customized by adding in different berries, nuts or chocolate - add in whatever you're craving!
