1 package California Giant strawberries
2 ounces whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
Slice strawberries in half lengthwise. With the back of a spoon or a melon baller, scoop out a very small amount of the inner flesh. Set aside.
