Berry Smoothie Bowl

I love starting my day with a smoothie bowl. It almost feels wrong eating something so beautiful, but my body feels SO satisfied and full of energy after. Not only do the fatty acids found in coconut milk increase energy, but they are even known to enhance physical performance and help you lose weight. Talk about the perfect breakfast ingredient! Plus, when paired with the antioxidant and vitamin C power of California Giant berries, I feel unstoppable all day long. I can tell you from experience, it's extremely helpful when you're a new mom!

Ingredients

1 cup California Giant blackberries

1 cup California Giant strawberries

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup full fat coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp honey

Extra berries for garnish

Coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Top with more strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and coconut flakes for garnish.
