Daylight savings is upon us and I don't know about you - but I am SO EXCITED. More time after work to be productive, get outside, run errands, workout or spend time with friends and family. There is one slight downfall to this Sunday's turn of the clocks - we're also losing an hour in the morning! That's right my morning folks - you may be a little sleepy the next few weeks as you adjust to the time change. But don't worry, we have some recipes that will turn that frown upside down, beat the daylight savings blues and fuel you up throughout for those after school or work activities!
First things first, if you'd rather still try and catch those 'Zzz's' you can set back your alarm a bit because breakfast is going to be EASY and on-the-go!
