I’m a firm believer that getting in shape can be convenient, easy, and attainable—you just need to find the right workout for you! Powered by a positive attitude and good shoes (and #poweredbyberries, of course), here are some workout tips you can implement from the comfort of your own home:

First step in a successful work out is mental prep! You are your greatest fan AND road block, so it’s key to have the right state of mind when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. How many pounds are you trying to lose in a month? Overall? What kind of lifestyle changes will you be making in your diet to achieve these goals? When it comes to working out, it’s all about reps. Pop Sugar has a 2015 fitness challenge that's living-room-friendly and cardio-driven. The best part? You’ll be in and out of your fitness gear in 20 minutes.

Stretch—both before and after a workout. It reduces the risk of back problems, prepares the body for vigorous exercise, and helps keep your muscles relaxed once the workout is over.

Ladders—you know, 10 sets of an exercise, followed by 9, 8, 7, etc. Workouts like this will allow you to squeeze in a high-intensity exercise that's still easy, and still quick.

BONUS TIP! For those who haven't entered the Blended, Splendid and Smooth Sweepstakes, there's still time to win all sorts of fresh food products (and cash) so you can feel just as good on the inside as you do on the out. Food and fitness go hand-in-hand, after all. Which combo will you start with?
